INSPECTION EVERY 6 MONTHS
Our priority is to make sure your property is being looked after. Lets Manage can organise an optional inventory check every 6 months and provide you with a full report. If any repairs or maintenance is needed, we will follow up on it.
CHECK-OUT INSPECTION AND DEPOSIT RESOLUTION
It's our highest priority that your property is returned in the best condition possible. We provide an option of arranging an attendance of an independent clerk on the day your tenant is moving out to produce a check out inventory. We will then compare it with the check-in inventory and advice on any potential deposit deductions.
